Plymouth Gives Final Approval for Development of Dundee Nursery Site
The Plymouth city council moved the redevelopment of the Dundee Nursery site forward this week by approving a final plat and contract. The Parkera project has been almost two years in the making.
It will be mixed-use development will include a Twin Cities Orthopedics building and a four-story apartment building that will have sustainability features like solar and geothermal energy.
The developer hopes to close on the Dundee property in December, with an April first start date for construction. The first six months of the construction project will consist of clean-up of the site.
