Peoples Organic Plymouth Plans July Opening
Peoples Organic Plymouth plans to open in a former Caribou Coffee location in a shopping center on Vicksburg Lane North this July. The shopping center also has an Applebee’s, Papa John’s and Rey Azteca restaurants.
Owner Michael Swafford also owns the Minnetonka location of Peoples Organic, which offers farm-to-table fare, including options that are vegan, vegetarian and gluten free.
“Something that should be noted is we do buy all local which is why our menu prices haven’t shot up yet,” said Swafford in a public hearing at a Plymouth city council meeting on April 26.
The city council approved a liquor license for the location.
