Motorcyclist Killed in Crash at Brooklyn Park Intersection
A motorcyclist is dead following a crash with a vehicle Saturday night in Brooklyn Park, according to police.
The crash happened at the intersection of Regent and Unity avenues at just before 10:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 1.
Police say the driver of the vehicle that struck the motorcyclist stopped and called 911.
When officers arrived, they located a man with severe injuries. First responders attempted life-saving measures on the man before he was taken to the hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
The man’s identity has not yet been released.
It’s unclear what led to the crash, but police say the driver of the vehicle was cooperative. Police continue to investigate.
