Golden Valley Hires Texas Firm to Lead Police Chief Search
The city of Golden Valley hired a firm out of El Paso, Tex., to lead a search for a new police chief.
The firm is led by a former police chief in Texas and a retired El Paso police lieutenant.
Meanwhile, Scott Nadeau, a 34-year police veteran from multiple Twin Cities police agencies, is currently serving as interim chief.
Golden Valley residents are invited to meet with the consultant to give input on what they’d like to see in their next chief on Thursday, Oct. 14, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Brookview. To learn more, click here.
