Genesis Celebrates New Golden Valley Dealership
Genesis of Minneapolis celebrated the grand opening of its new, state-of-the-art car dealership in Golden Valley.
Located just south of I-394 and west of General Mills Boulevard, the new location is the sole Twin Cities-based Genesis dealership. The Golden Valley location is run by the Luther Automotive Group.
Genesis is the luxury brand of Hyundai. It lists BMW and Audi as its competitors.
“Really, there’s nobody like us. We try to provide as much value, if not more than those people, at a lower price and more reliable vehicle,” said Cavin Patera, salesperson with Genesis of Minneapolis.
The new building took about two years to come together from when it was initially approved.
In addition to celebrating the new dealership, Genesis Inspiration Foundation, the charity arm of Genesis, presented a $20,000 check to Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities as a thank you for its welcome to Golden Valley.
