Crystal City Manager Announces Retirement
Another city manager from the northwest suburbs has announced her retirement.
Anne Norris sent an email to city staff this week announcing her retirement this upcoming fall.
In the email to employees, she wrote that she appreciated the trust and willingness to work together on changes big and small to improve Crystal.
Norris has worked for the city of Crystal for 31 years and has been city manager for the last 22 years. Her last day will be Oct. 28.
Anne Norris has served as Crystal City Manager for the last 22 years.
Longtime city managers Marcia Glick from Robbinsdale and Kirk McDonald from New Hope retired in May.
