Crystal Airport Open House is June 19
The Crystal Airport will host an open house on Sunday, June 19.
It’s a chance for an up-close look at the airport and planes and there will also be a waffle breakfast, craft show, car show and food trucks. Admission is free to the event.
Crystal city council member David Cummings says it’s a chance to get an up-close look at a place you might drive by every day.
“It’s a special event for the community because its a great place for families to celebrate Father’s day and get together,” said Cummings. “I think a lot of people are craving community events because they missed it for a couple years so it’s nice to get out and do things. I know there are things I didn’t get to do during the pandemic that now are just super exciting and fun again.”
A Warbird is scheduled to fly-by at noon. You can learn more at crystalairportopenhouse.com
