Brookview Temporarily Reopens for November Golf
Brookview Golf Course in Golden Valley is open for business. The unusual mid-November move is prompted by the 40-degree temperatures the Northwest Metro is enjoying. Hardy golfers unwilling to put their clubs away for winter eagerly took to the links for one last round.
That’s an unexpected treat considering the start of November was one of the coldest on record. 40 might not be the lazy days of summer, but it’s enough of a relative heat wave that golfers at Brookview like Doug Jacobson say they’ll take it.
