Brooklyn Park Police Seek Public’s Help To Find Missing 11-Year-Old Girl
Brooklyn Park police are seeking the public’s help to locate Amina Rice-El, an 11-year-old girl who was placed under child protection services for her safety.
A missing persons alert was issued by Brooklyn Park police Wednesday afternoon. According to police, the girl may also be known as Armena.
In addition to being unable to find the child, police and Hennepin County Child Protection have been unable to locate the girl’s mother, identified as Amirah Rice-El.
“Hennepin County courts have ordered Amina be placed into the custody of child protection officials in the interest of child safety,” read an alert issued by Brooklyn Park police.
Police urge anyone who may know the whereabouts of Amina or Amirah Rice-El to call 911.
