Armed Teens Arrested in Brooklyn Center Residential Robbery
Three juvenile male suspects were arrested following an armed robbery in Brooklyn Center on April 23.
According to Brooklyn Center police Cmdr. Garett Flesland, the department was dispatched to a report of a robbery at 9:25 p.m.
The incident occurred near the intersection of Perry Avenue North and Howe Lane.
Responding officers were told that four suspects had approached and robbed a victim. Following the robbery, the suspects ran off.
A Minnesota State Patrol aircraft assisted with the search for the robbers.
Eventually, three juvenile males were arrested in connection with the incident.
Police also recovered a handgun in the incident.
The case has been referred to the Hennepin County Attorney’s office to review for potential charges.
