Plymouth’s Outdoor Music Offerings Are Something For Everyone This Summer
(CITY OF PLYMOUTH) – The City of Plymouth will feature a performance by the Fabulous Armadillos 6-10 p.m. Friday, June 20 at the Hilde Performance Center, 3500 Plymouth Blvd.
The inaugural show of this year’s free Hilde Nights summer entertainment series, the Fabulous Armadillos concert will cover songs from fan-favorite genres – country, Motown, heavy metal, ‘70s soft rock and more. Opening act, the Young and the Rest, performs the songs of Neil Young, CSN, America, the Eagles and other artists from the ‘70s.
Attendees should bring blankets or lawn chairs, as well as cash/credit for beverages and food truck purchases.
Additional upcoming Hilde Nights events include:
• Friday, July 11, 6:30-10 p.m. – Rival 5 will take the stage at 6:30 p.m. to perform hits from the ‘70s and ‘80s, followed by The HYPE! at 8:30 p.m., singing favorites from Mötley Crüe, Def Leppard, Poison, Bon Jovi and Aerosmith.
• Friday, Aug. 15, 6-9:30 p.m. – Following opening activities at 6 p.m., Rumours: The Ultimate Fleetwood Mac Tribute Show will perform 7-9:30 p.m. on the Hilde main stage. Hailing from Los Angeles, Rumours travels around North America performing the music of Fleetwood Mac.
