New Hope/Crystal Business Networking Group Builds Connections
It’s not too often you see a crowd gathered to watch a chiropractic adjustment.
But this group is at Dr. Samuel Rinehart’s practice–Principled Living Tonal Chiropractic— in New Hope for more than just a demonstration.
They are here to make business connections.

Dr. Samuel Rinehart with Principled Living Tonal Chiropractic speaks before the New Hope/Crystal Business Networking Group.
The New Hope/Crystal Business Networking Group meets once a month.
They travel to different types of businesses and organizations throughout the two cities.
“Normally it’s at a participating business,” said Jeff Alger, Community Development Specialist for the city of New Hope. “So whether that be a chiropractor office, or a food shelf, or a welding school, or an insurance office, or a nursing home.”
The host gives a brief presentation of their business or organization.
Sometimes a tour is involved.
“It’s just great way to learn about other businesses and resources that are available in New Hope and Crystal,” Alger said.
Sharing of information extends to more than just business to business
The network meeting not only allows participants the chance to connect and share leads, but the City of New Hope, which acts as the group’s liaison, shares business-related news.
“Say a potential business is looking for space in the city,” said Alger. “We have a pretty good grasp on what’s available and what’s allowed by zoning.”
The City of New Hope has been leading the business network since 2010.
Alger says it’s been a worthwhile investment for their time and energy.
“Businesses are an extremely important part of New Hope,” said Alger. “We have about 480 businesses in the city that provide over 11,000 jobs, right here in New Hope.”
Alger hopes the group continues to strengthen the business environment.
He invites anyone that’s interested to attend.
“We allow anyone who wants to attend the meetings to be there at no cost,” said Alger. “All you need to do is get on our email distribution list and we’ll send you the invites every month when we have the meetings.”
