Mayor’s Minutes: Golden Valley’s Roslyn Harmon
Golden Valley Mayor Roslyn Harmon spoke recently with CCX Media’s Dave Kiser about upcoming city council elections and a new location for one veterans group.
Elections
Two Golden Valley City Council seats are up for election this year. Filling for the seats is July 29 through August 12.
“We welcome you to apply,” said Mayor Harmon.
American Legion Relocating
Harmon said the Chester Bird American Legion will leave its long-time location along Highway 100 and relocate to the former Red Lobster location.
“They plan to redesign that so it will be quite beautiful and spacious,” she said.
