Home Loan Help in Brooklyn Park

Housing is a critical asset to any community. It promotes wealth, stabilizes the tax base, and helps businesses decide if they should move into a city. To help keep its neighborhoods looking good, the city of Brooklyn Park is offering a variety of home loan programs, including some that are forgivable. For current homeowners, there are loans for upgrades or emergency repairs, and special options for seniors 62 years and up. There’s even a loan option for current or prospective rental property owners. And first-time home buyers can get down payment assistance that helps close certain housing gaps in the city. Funding for these programs is renewed in January of each year and loans are available until the funds for each program run out.
