When the city gets one and a half inches of snow or more, it does a full plow of all city streets and alleys.

That means there’s no parking until they have been plowed edge to edge.

The City of Crystal reminds residents about winter parking restrictions to allow for safer and more efficient plowing operations.

On days when trash and recycling collection is scheduled, bins must be kept off the streets during snow removal.

It’s also important to note that on-street parking is prohibited citywide between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m..
