Brooklyn Park Begins Public Engagement About Brooklyn Boulevard Development
There is still time to share input with the City of Brooklyn Park about its plans to develop Brooklyn Boulevard. The city held a series of public meetings in April and is still accepting comments about the plans online.

There is still time to submit online comments about the city’s proposed development plans for Brooklyn Boulevard.
“We’re in the design phase, and we’re also in the phase of rolling out what we have to residents so we can get their feedback on it,” said Mayor Hollies Winston. “It’s important that we get the feedback, or at least that people just understand what we’re designing.”
The city has plans on how to develop the area immediately surrounding the proposed Blue Line light rail station on Broadway/County Road 81 near the intersection with Interstate 694 and extends along Brooklyn Boulevard to the city limits near Park Center Senior High School.
