Brooklyn Center and Brooklyn Park Present 50th Commemorative Colors of Southeast Asia Fest
(CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER) – The Cities of Brooklyn Center and Brooklyn Park, along with CAPI and Hennepin County, among others, present the 50th commemorative Southeast Asia Fest on Saturday, June 7 at Centennial Park from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Woven is this year’s festival theme which aims to highlight the deep bond between the southeast Asian community here in Minnesota. Woven, symbolizes the intergenerational and cross-cultural threads that define our shared story.
Honoring the past and illuminating the future through engaging and family-friendly experiences, welcoming everyone from all walks of life, our programming will feature intentional community building activities, enriching cultural experiences, and members from the community sharing their story.
With food, performances, and activities, it’s going to be a full day for the family!
