Wright Withdraws Name from NBA Draft List
Former Champlin Park High School all-state guard McKinley Wright IV withdrew his name for consideration for the NBA Draft and will return for his senior year at the University of Colorado.
Wright announced his decision on Twitter. He spent the summer training in Arizona and after receiving feedback from NBA personnel decided returning to Colorado was his best option.
Wright is a two-time first team All-Pac 12 player for the Buffaloes and has averaged 13.8 points, 5.1 rebounds and 5.1 assists per game in his collegiate career.
The 2017 Minnesota Mr. Basketball helped lead the Rebels to two state runner-up finishes.
