Wayzata’s Lambert Brown Coach of the Year Runner-Up
Wayzata head football coach Lambert Brown is headed back to Florida this week.
Brown was runner-up for the Don Shula High School Coach of the Year award sponsored by the NFL.
He was Minnesota’s winner and finished second to a coach from Georgia for the national award.
Brown was in Orlando for the Pro Bowl last week and along with his wife is a guest of the NFL at the Super Bowl in Miami.
Brown coached Wayzata to an unbeaten season and Prep Bowl championship this fall.
