Wayzata, Maple Grove Football Prepare for Top 10 Clash
The Wayzata and Maple Grove football teams enter their Friday night game ranked in the top ten in Class 6A.
Both teams are 4-1 with each having lost to Centennial.
Maple Grove is averaging 39 points per game and Wayzata 27. The Crimson defense is allowing an average of 13 points per game while the Trojans’ defense is allowing 7 points a game.
It’s the first meeting between the Trojans and Crimson since 2018.
