Wayzata Girls Tennis Falls to Edina in Section 6AAA Final
Wayzata swept the doubles matches but Edina dominated in singles as the Hornets edged the Trojans 4-3 in the Section 6AAA girls tennis final Thursday.
All of the matches were won in straight sets.
Third doubles and fourth singles were the only matches in which the losing player or team won more than two games.
Section singles and doubles competition is Monday and Tuesday.
