Wayzata Girls Hockey Skates Past OPC
The Wayzata girls hockey team beat Osseo-Park Center 9-0 in the Section 6AA quarterfinals.
The Trojans scored three times in the first period, with Sloane Matthews netting two goals.
They added two more in the second and tacked on four in the third period.
Matthews had five goals in all for the Trojans.
Third seed Wayzata now faces second seed Blake in the section semifinals Wednesday night at Parade Ice Garden.
