Wayzata Girls Hockey Shut Out by Edina
The Wayzata girls hockey team was shut out 3-0 by second ranked Edina Tuesday at Plymouth Ice Center.
After a scoreless first period the Hornets scored twice in the second and added one more in the third.
Wayzata was held to just 11 shots on goal in the game.
The Trojans meet Maple Grove Monday December 27 in the first round of the Walser Tournament at Braemar Arena in Edina.
