Wayzata Girls Hockey Scores Overtime Win
The Wayzata girls hockey team scored an overtime win Tuesday, beating Benilde-St. Margaret’s 5-4.
Wayzata built a 4-1 lead through two periods before BSM put together a rally.
The Red Knights scored three times in the third period to force OT.
Gretchen Branton scored the game winner for the Trojans for her third goal of the night.
Wayzata is now 4-1 this season.
