Wayzata Girls Basketball Team Races Past Moorhead
The Wayzata girls basketball team dominated from the opening tipoff on the way to a 98-43 win over Moorhead Friday.
The Trojans jumped out to a 13-0 lead to start the game and were up 58-18 at the half.
16 different Wayzata players scored in the game, with Jenna Johnson (24) and Mara Braun (23) leading the charge.
The Trojans improved to 9-6 with the win.
They host Buffalo Friday and Hill-Murray Saturday.
