Wayzata Girls Basketball Routs Buffalo

The Wayzata girls basketball team jumped to an 11-1 lead in the game’s first 90 seconds on the way to a 73-36 win over Buffalo.

Katie Kelzenberg scored 25 points to lead the Trojans with Sophie Hawkinson adding 14, helping Wayzata build a 43-18 lead.

The Trojans (10-3 overall, 2-0 Lake Conference) play at 12-2 Eden Prairie on Tuesday.
