Wayzata Football Team Ready for Next Step
The unbeaten Wayzata football team is ready for the next step.
The Trojans face East Ridge in the second round of the class AAAAAA playoffs.
Wayzata is 9-0 after thumping Eagan in the opening round of the postseason.
The Trojans are ranked number one in the state but know things will get tougher this week.
East Ridge is 6-3 after beating Osseo in the first round of the playoffs.
Kickoff is at 7:00 Friday night at Wayzata High School.
