Wayzata Football Team Excels Early
The Wayzata football team is excelling early.
The Trojans are 3-0 entering Friday night’s game against St. Michael-Albertville.
The Knights are also 3-0 and ranked fourth, with Wayzata rated third.
Wayzata learned some lessons last season when they were 5-5 with four of the losses by four points or less.
They’ve had a great start on defense, and also good balance so far on offense.
It’s homecoming week at Wayzata, too.
Their game against STMA kicks off at 7:00 Friday.
