Wayzata Football Team Crushes East Ridge
The Wayzata football team crushed East Ridge 56-20 to advance to the state Class AAAAAA playoffs.
The Trojans scored 28 points in the first quarter and added 21 more in the second on the way to the win.
Christian Vasser rushed for 171 yards and three touchdowns for the Trojans.
Daeshawn Bush had four catches for 108 yards and a touchdown.
The Wayzata defense held East Ridge to 68 yards rushing and also intercepted two passes.
