Wayzata Football Stays Undefeated
The Wayzata football team stayed undefeated, beating St. Michael-Albertville 28-18.
The team each scored two touchdowns in the first half, with Wayzata making both of its extra points to lead 14-12.
A Tom Schmidt to Jacob Wildermuth 69-yard touchdown pass stretched the Trojans’ lead to 21-12 through three quarters.
Christian Vasser rushed for 227 yards on 33 carries, with two touchdowns, for Wayzata.
The Trojans faced another test this week as they meet Eden Prairie.
