Wayzata Football Falls 22-21 to Minnetonka
The Minnetonka football team rallied to score the final 15 points of the game as the Skippers edged Wayzata 22-21.
The Trojans (0-2) led 21-7 in the third quarter before Tonka scored the final two touchdowns and added a two-point conversion after their final score for the winning margin.
Cole Heilbrun threw for 269 yards and a touchdown and ran for two scores for the Trojans.
Minnetonka quarterback Milos Spasojevic rushed for one touchdown and threw for two more.
The Skippers are now 2-0.
