Wayzata Boys Soccer Overwhelms Armstrong in Section Semifinals

The Wayzata boys soccer team scored its second straight convincing win of the postseason Saturday, crushing Armstrong 6-0 in the Section 6AAA semifinals.

The Trojans scored a pair of goals in the first half, then added four more in the second half in a dominant performance.

Wayzata now has a rematch with Minneapolis Washburn in the section final Tuesday at 5:00 at Wayzata High School.

The Trojans routed the Millers 5-1 in September.
