Wayzata Boys Lacrosse Loses in Quarterfinals
The Wayzata boys lacrosse team lost in the state quarterfinals 12-4 to Prior Lake.
The Lakers jumped out to a 5-0 lead in the first quarter and never looked back.
The Trojans played Prior Lake even with two goals each in the second and fourth quarters.
The first and third were dominant periods for the Lakers.
Andrew Sahli had two goals for Wayzata.
Luke Bloedow had five goals to lead Prior Lake.
Wayzata moves into the consolation bracket to face Lakeville North Thursday.
