Wayzata Boys Hockey Wins Overtime Thriller Over Edina
The Wayzata boys hockey team won a thriller, beating Edina 4-3 in overtime at Plymouth Ice Center Wednesday.
Carson Clark scored the game-winner on a shot from the point after Eli Molde won a faceoff for the Trojans.
Sophomore McCoy Kurtz scored a pair of goals for the Trojans, his second and third goals of the season.
Mason West scored twice for Edina. The teams meet again February 8th at Edina’s Braemar Arena.
