Wayzata Boys Hockey Team Edges Blake
The Wayzata boys hockey team edged Blake 4-3 to earn their third straight win.
Tucker Ness scored the only goal of the first period for Wayzata.
The Bears countered with a Jack Sabre goal in the second to make it 1-1 through two periods.
The third period featured three straight Wayzata goals, two by Hayden Davison, as the Trojans grabbed a 4-1 lead.
Blake’s Joe Miller scored a pair of goals to pull his team within 4-3 but Wayzata held on.
The Trojans are now 3-3 after an 0-3 start to the season.
