Wayzata Boys Hockey Skates Past Buffalo
The Wayzata boys hockey team won its fourth straight game Thursday, skating past Buffalo 7-1.
Jake Keller scored three goals with two assists while John Mattson scored a goal and added three assists for the Trojans (4-2).
Jake Schneider netted two goals. Wayzata scored three goals in the first period and matched the team’s season high for goals in a game.
The Trojans play at Edina Thursday in their first match-up of the season with the Hornets.
