Wayzata Boys Hockey Set for Hockey Day Minnesota
The Wayzata boys hockey team is headed north this weekend to take part in the annual Hockey Day Minnesota event.
The Trojans face Moorhead at 1:00 pm Saturday outdoors in Warroad, the site for this year’s event.
Wayzata beat Moorhead 6-1 on the opening weekend of the season in November.
Hockey Day Minnesota is in its 18th year and showcases the sport at all levels across the state. Wayzata also played in Hockey Day Minnesota in 2011.
