Wayzata Boys Basketball Beats Minnetonka for 8th Straight Win
The Wayzata boys basketball team won its eighth straight game Tuesday beating Minnetonka 77-67.
The Trojans, ranked third in class AAAA, outscored the fourth-ranked Skippers 47-34 in the second half.
Ryan Harvey scored 20 points to lead the Trojans with Carter Bjerke adding 16, Hayden Tibbits 16 and Spencer Hall 11.
Ibrahim El-Amin led Minnetonka in scoring with 30 points.
Wayzata (19-4) also beat Minnetonka last month. The Trojans have already clinched the Lake Conference title.
