Wayzata Baseball Getting Set for Big Season
The Wayzata baseball team is coming off a 26-1 season and third place finish in class AAAA last spring.
The Trojans did graduate some key players but they also return a good group from that Lake Conference and Section 6AAAA championship team.
Righthanded pitchers Noah Filer and Lucas Tolle lead a promising staff.
Outfielders Adam Deselich and Kyle Boutwell are captains and lead a good batch of position players returning.
The Trojans are ranked number one in the class AAAA pre-season poll. They are scheduled to open the season April 9th at home against Buffalo.
