Volleyball Season Coming Soon
The Minnesota State High School League voted Monday to have a fall season after all.
The COVID-19 pandemic caused the league to initially announce in early August that the volleyball season would move to spring.
They changed course Monday, and many players and coaches in the northwest suburbs are excited about the news.
Practices will begin next Monday September 28th, with a 14-match season beginning October 8th.
Champlin Park coach John Yunker shared his thoughts about the announcement.
