USA Cup Soccer Back for 40th Year
John Jacobson talks with USA Cup’s Sara Soli about the 40th USA Cup youth soccer tournament.
It began in 1985 as the Sons of Norway tournament with fewer than three dozen teams. This year over 1200 teams will participate in the Cup.
USA Cup Weekend runs Friday through Sunday while the five-day tournament takes place beginning next Tuesday.
All games are at the National Sports Center in Blaine with several local boys and girls teams in various age divisions participating.
