Training Camp Report: Cooper Hawks
The first training camp report of the football season on CCX Sports features the Cooper Hawks.
Cooper is coming off an 8-2 season and their second straight section final appearance.
Bucking the trend at many schools, the number of players out for football is up at Cooper.
The Hawks return six starters on defense and four on offense.
Most of their skill position players on offense graduated but they have a strong young group.
Cooper opens the season Thursday August 29 at home against Waconia.
