Totino-Grace Legion Baseball Shuts Out Princeton in Sub-State Eight Playoffs
The Totino-Grace American Legion baseball team shut out Princeton 11-0 in five innings Wednesday in the opening game of the sub-state eight playoffs.
The Eagles put up six runs in the first inning and another three runs in the second.
Drew Zehr went 3-for-3 from the plate and tallied a total of four RBI’s.
Tommy Heifort started on the mound and earned the shutout win.
Totino-Grace won the sub-state eight postseason tournament last year. The Eagles will face the winner of Champlin Park and St. Michael on Friday morning.
