Totino-Grace Girls Basketball Falls to Marshall in State QF
The Totino-Grace girls basketball team fell behind early and never really threatened to catch up as they fell 70-44 to Marshall in the state class AAA quarterfinals Wednesday.
Marshall used second-chance points and a good press to seize control early.
Totino-Grace stayed in the game for awhile by knocking down three-pointers, but they trailed 40-24 at halftime.
Avery Schneekloth had 18 points to lead Marshall, with Avery Fahl scoring 17 and Reese Drake 16 for the Tigers.
Maria Radabaugh had 17 and Ava Litecky 13 for Totino-Grace.
