Totino-Grace Boys Basketball Routs St. Francis in State Quarterfinal
The Totino-Grace boys basketball team routed St. Francis 86-36 Tuesday morning in the quarterfinal round of the state Class AAA tournament.
The Eagles, ranked number one in AAA, scored the game’s first twelve points and led 48-17 at halftime.
Patrick Bath scored 23 points to lead the Eagles in scoring. Bath made 10 of 11 field goals.
Taison Chatman added 16 and Isaiah Johnson nine. Totino-Grace made 72 percent of their field goals (36-50).
The Eagles (22-8) face Alexandria (25-4) in the state semifinals Thursday at 12:00 pm at Target Center.
