Totino-Grace Boys Basketball Edges Maple Grove
Tian Chatman’s basket with five seconds left gave the Totino-Grace boys basketball team a 78-76 win over Maple Grove Thursday night.
In a back-and-forth game in which each team enjoyed double-digit leads, it took Chatman’s late hoop to secure the win for the Eagles (3-0).
Malachi Hill and Dothan Ijadimbola combined to score 43 points for Totino-Grace.
Max Iversen netted 26 points and Baboucarr Ann 20 for the Crimson (2-1).
Totino-Grace is the top-ranked team in Class 3A while the Crimson are ranked second in Class 4A.
