Totino-Grace Boys Basketball Earns Another Section Title
With a 98-79 win over Fridley, the Totino-Grace boys basketball secured their third consecutive section championship Thursday.
The Eagles led wire-to-wire in the 5AAA final and held a double-digit lead throughout the entire second half.
Mr. Basketball finalist Isaiah Johnson paced the Eagles with 31 points, including several dunks in the second half.
Dothan Ijadimbola put up 17 points while Tyler Wagner added 15, and Chace Watley scored 12.
Totino-Grace will look to win their third straight state championship in the class AAA state tournament next week.
