Terry Tuma Ice Fishing Tip: Jigging for Walleyes

Terry says jigging can often be used under tough bite conditions.
The color and size of the jig along with how much jigging action to use will depend on fishing conditions.
Terry also suggests tipping the jig with a minnow or a minnow head.
