In this week’s CCX ice fishing tip, Hall of Fame angler Terry Tuma talks about the use of bobber systems when fishing for walleyes, perch, crappies and sunfish.
Terry says using a bobber can be useful under tough bite conditions and when using a second hole.
Use as small a bobber as possible to create minimal drag resistance.
Also, you can utilize a split shot above the hook for neutral or negative bite fish and a color bead ahead of the hook.
