Terry Tuma Fishing Tip: Lake Ledges for Bass
In this week’s CCX Sports Fishing Tip, Hall of Fame angler Terry Tuma talks about fishing for largemouth bass on and around lake ledges.
The ledges are usually short and narrow flats that drop off into deep water.
Terry suggests using a spinning rod and casting a shad rap or smaller bait and to cast at an angle for best success.
You can also run a crankbait to the lip of the flat where bass can often be found around the ledges.
